Real days rarely go exactly as planned. Handle everyday changes without leaving Naclix.
Double bookings when you need them
When an urgent visit comes up, book it over another appointment or drag it into that slot. It is marked as a double booking, and the rest of your schedule stays in place.
Recurring sessions
Schedule all the sessions in a treatment at once, on the days the practitioner works and skipping holidays. Before saving, see which dates overlap with another appointment. In the schedule, see which session each patient is on, for example 3 of 10.
Waitlist
Add people who want an opening. When you cancel an appointment, offer it to the next person on the list and Naclix notifies them.
Capacity per time slot
Decide how many patients each practitioner sees at the same time: you enable it in appointment settings. The limit for online booking is set separately, in your Booking portal, and when a time slot fills up your page stops offering it.
Close appointments your way
Choose how to close an appointment: confirm first and finish later, finish in one step, or just mark attended or no-show. The same options work on the web and your phone.
Know how patients find you
Record how each patient heard about you when creating their chart. The new patient report shows which channels bring people in.
Doctor's orders with session counts
Enter the doctor's order the patient brings with the authorized sessions. Each session you close is deducted automatically, and you see how many are left.
One reminder per treatment
Choose whether the reminder goes out for every session in a series or only the first. Configure it on the web, in Notifications.

If you enable it on the web, in your Booking portal, the patient chooses how many sessions their treatment includes and books them all at once. You approve the series from the schedule.

4Counts scheduled or confirmed appointments that have not started yet, including today's. This is not a monthly counter: capacity opens up when the start time passes or the appointment is no longer pending. Appointments imported from Google Calendar do not count.
5Each lookup or action by Claude or ChatGPT connected to your account is one call. It has nothing to do with phone calls or your staff. Once the cap is reached, the assistant stops answering until next month, with no extra charge.
